Hackney-based sculptors Jack Munro and Charlotte Austen have created a full scale Mark I Spitfire made from 6,500 'Eggs For Soldiers' cartons, measuring 12-meters long and 13-meters wide. The project is a part of Eggs For Soldiers, a long standing fund raising initiative for the charity Help For Heroes. The plane will be on display at the the Imperial War Museum in Duxford, England starting March 4th, 2013.
